Fix #210.

I edited the README with a tick to show the task has been done, but I guess adding a link to the docs isn't possible until they're built (from develop branch?)

Given there are several methods which modify the volume element, am I better renaming this workflow something like modify_VE_grid_size.yaml?

I'm closing this and creating a new PR with a better branch name and all the comments I made addressed.
