Curl, Content-Length, and Proxies #13

There is an issue when using a proxy and the content-length is set in the code rather than curl where requests fail. It appears that removing the content-length and letting curl generate it fixes the issue.

More details to come.

Some questions:

What kind of proxy was used? Was the proxy connection done through code or outside of code (user connects to the proxy manually)?
What were the exact steps taken to create the situation where requests fail?
What had to be done to allow curl to generate the content-length header?

We think this is fixed as of commit 68cb97ca4e841504cc7242e5342c3cd9791a5172
