We need a way to open blog page on a given category or tag #2571

In several cases we would need to have a URL that opens the blog with a category/tag already selected. We could use this from the corporate open source page (https://www.hpe.com/us/en/open-source.html), or the ezmeral and greenlake developer pages,

Something like:

https://developer.hpe.com/blog?cat=open-source https://developer.hpe.com/blog?cat=hpe-greenlake https://developer.hpe.com/blog?cat=ezmeral

or

https://developer.hpe.com/blog/open-source https://developer.hpe.com/blog/hpe greenlake https://developer.hpe.com/blog/hpe-ezmeral

whichever is easier.
