For larger farm layouts, the UI should be accessible from any way in the browser.
Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of having the UI buttons being relative to the farm layout window, they should be relative to the Browser Window itself.
Additional context
When a bigger farm layout is selected, you need to pan the view around to see the whole layout. This is fine and all, but the issue is that the actual UI buttons stay in the top left corner of the farm layout, so if you pan too much to the right or down, you can't access to them, being a huge UX oversight.
