Minor changes to book-related patches #200

😄 This is PR number 200

Changes:

"Allow disabling component selector resolving in books" patch removed; (The patch is not necessary, I think I was crazy when I added it lol)
Added an int "MAX_AUTHOR_LENGTH"; (Just visually prettier, nothing significant)
setTitle(String title) now uses basically the same logic as all other methods;
Small changes in co-authors;
MAX_TITLE_LENGTH is 16 not 32;
