[Agent_monitoring] Use the competitor-list for `agent_monitoring` #467
Since we can now define custom competitors in our config files, this feature should also be included in the agent_monitoring tool.
It should be checked whether or not the live-monitoring started at the end of a training session uses the competitors of the training session. I think not, since most of the live-monitoring uses the standard agent_monitoring tools for setting up the simulation.
