Since we are moving a lot of stuff over to the wiki and want to use the Readme as a Quick Start Guide, some stuff needs to be moved/removed/added.

Before merging this, we should remove the installation of conda dependencies out of the Quick Start Guide and into the Developer-guides wiki pages. Edit: done
