This PR introduces a small view on the team overview page, to display all users, that have no linked Github account. These users are not displayed in the data metrics, and therefore a scrum coach should try to reduce the size of this list. This is done by talking to the user with the mail and asking him/her to add the email to his/her GitHub account. From then on, this email is no longer anonymous because it has a referenced Github account.
As a future issue, we should add explanations to the team overview page. Why should a scrum coach add unregistered collaborators? Who are anonymous contributors?
