Add a csv file with a possible data exchange of the controller and mrubis following a defined schema (see also sequence diagram)

• [x] define columns that represent a step in the communication (e.g. status, failing, reward if not solved, reward if solved, ...)
• [x] define 5 possible status of mrubis which the agents could learn
• [x] the data should include at least 3 shops (in order to have one agent with 2 shops and another agent with 1 shop)

1. the failing component needs to be fixed
2. the component after the failing component needs to be fixed

Implementation with json files instead of csv b/c of readability
