Populate the further information on the treatment behavior

The further information window for the treatment behavior shall contain detail information of the behavior.

They are to be displayed in a compelling manner. To find such a manner is part of this issue.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Think about how to best display the matching
• [x] Display the matching when the more information button for the treatment behavior is pressed (not for all behaviors)
• [x] Update the display if the matching in the region changes for any reason
• [x] Show the current treatment progress (unknown, counted, ...)
• [x] Allow editing of the behaviors configuration options: Intervals for re-assignment in the different phases

Notice when visualizing the matching:

The assignment algorithm does not use the "identity" of a personnel, i.e., it doesn't matter which rettSan is catering for a yellow patient, it only matters whether a rettSan caters for the patient or not and whether the personnel treats other patients or only this single patient exclusively.
