When requesting transfer of a vehicle, it should be possible to specify an occupation that will be assigned to the vehicle after the transfer vehicle activity started the transfer.
By default, if no other occupation has been specified, the NoOccupation should be assigned.
Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] The TransferVehicleRequestEvent has an optional property that specifies the occupation after the transfer.
[ ] The Transfer Vehicles activity sets the occupation to that occupation if specified and to NoOcuupation otherwise
