Upgrade Flutter and Android embedding #352

This PR updates to Flutter 1.22.x.

Also, the Android embedding upgrades to version 2. This is the cleaner approach for using Flutter on Android and allows for using packages that depend on the newer embedding.

Note: We don't depend on screenshots as a dev dependency anymore, but we didn't use it anyways.
