Clean up message categories in index #183

Currently, all message categories in the index are listed globally, such as adding, geometry, or accessing untypeable characters. As each of these examples belongs to a specific class hierarchy, it would make more sense to list them as a subindex under the relevant class. This needs to be changed in common.tex, probably by adding a second argument to \scatindex et al.

Similar issue: What is the difference between \clsind and \clsindmain? This currently looks inconsistent in the index.
