An introductory book about the Squeak/Smalltalk programming system, guiding students and developers through the environment, language, tools, and the Morphic framework by means of a series of examples and exercises.
Currently, all message categories in the index are listed globally, such as adding, geometry, or accessing untypeable characters. As each of these examples belongs to a specific class hierarchy, it would make more sense to list them as a subindex under the relevant class. This needs to be changed in common.tex, probably by adding a second argument to \scatindex et al.
