Sync README.MD and .travis.yml #19

As stated in #16, our README.MD currently does not mention that it is required to create the figures via SBEExtract code. We should either find a solution to integrate the latter into the Makefile, or update the section in the Readme.

As I'm currently working on optimizing the Extract package for SCI, I would prefer the second solution.
