Does the spelling matter? #32

I have installed Grammarly for VS Code which would make it very easy for me to fix all typos in the book. @codeZeilen Is it okay to set the standard to American English (behavior vs behaviour) and open another PR for it?

Yes, please. I do have manual corrections for some things, including style, but they should still be easy to fix afterwards.
