StateTransitionConfigurator not movable #205

Unlike the n2n configurator, the STC is currently not movable by grabbing it with the mouse. This means the window will always stay where it was originally opened. It can be pushed to the side by resizing it past the editor border.

Proposed solution: Make STC movable like N2N Configurator.

Tested on Windows 10 22H2, Godot 4.2.1.stable and 55777dc.
