Border properties should be in inspector #1014

Problem with the border values is that they are different types of values, eg. border color is not a color but actually four colors. If we would limit this to one color it would not be too hard. But otherwise this is quite expensive.

Borderradius is cheap.

Also border thickness should be considered, I think one color would be finde
