Rename Interactive to Scrollytelling #1045

Similar to how we renamed the Preview as it became clear when writing about it that the name does not fit, should we rename the Interactive to Scrollytelling?

I think this could be a good idea

This is quite involved and does not provide tangential benefit at the moment, since the documentation is quite clear about qinoq being only for the creation of scrollytellings. There is also an "alias" available that allows to use Scrollytelling instead of Interactive.
