Length of an interactive #51

Currently, the length of an interactive is a set property on the interactive. At the very least, this should respect the arrangement of sequences in the editor.

This should also influence the scrollable length of the interactive.

ScrollLength of the interactive should be according to the last sequence
activeArea in the GlobalTimeline depicts length of Scrollytelling
- will grow when making the scrollytelling longer (i.e., dragging sequences more to the right)
- possibility to move sequences somewhere into a "safe" could be added, but would be another issue
