This will be the image for the SWA lecture 2019/2020

TODO

[x] Change image name year
[ ] Use appropriate Squeak version(s) (which?)
[x] Setup build matrix
[x] Remove ToolIcons project
[x] Add Tip of the day project
[x] Include exclude startrack depending on env variable
[x] Include GameMechanics package
[x] Include MoTu package
[ ] Use trunk or build version of env variable
[x] Add env variable for build year
[ ] Merge Branches

Note: How can I use the newest build for trunk?

Ok should be more or less feature complete

Looks nice! We still need to bumpt the image name to 2020 (we always use the SWT year for naming).

Also maybe we can add an environment variable for the year? The script could then check whether the ENV variable is set and if not sets it with a default value.

Old image name was 2018 but I see - then the 2019 Images should probably be deleted?
