Add settings to CRBrowser #172

As a Squeak-Developer, I want to have design and behavior settings in the CRBrowser, to customize the browser to my personal preference.

For example:

coloring
always open after crash checkbox
custom timestamp format
custom method format
sorting of changes

These probably should be implemented in their individual User-Stories and an User Story for an adjustable option interface including a simple to implement option.
