Allow adding new entries to the address book

Ich als Kunde möchte neue Einträge zum Adressbuch hinzufügen können, damit ich dort auch Kontakte sehen kann, die mir noch keine Emails geschickt haben.​

Akzeptanzkriterien​:

• Button zum Hinzufügen​
• CreateFenster öffnet sich mit​ Field: Name optional, Field: Haupt-Emailadresse, Field: weitere Emailadressen (erstmal nur ein Feld mit beliebig vielen Emailadressen)​
• Button zum Speichern

Some thoughts on what has to be done after a quick glance through the code:

• decide on how to save the address book (OrderCollection, Dictionary?) and how to save it on disk (JSON, STON?)
• uncouple creating an address book (which should now load entries from disk) and fetching the email addresses via IMAP (this could be done using an additional button)
• ICAddressBookDialog needs a new UI (name and email address, add button, fetch button, maybe editing entries via context menu)
• writing new tests for all this
