Removed unused LQChoicesQuestionTests #269

The code can now be imported back to Squeak.

However, there still are some issues with the original code. Here is a (likely) non-exhaustive list of issues I have identified:

LQAnswer/choiceRanking: only contains self halt but is called in legacy parts of the application
Some issues likely related to missing parentheses
Some parts of the application still use the old LQQuestion/type method
