Display Eurosign #42

Smalltalk does not properly display the euro sign. Also it does not display the Unicode Character either we need to ask the TA's how to fix that.

After talking to the TA's we found out that Squeak does not support the Euro sign so we will have to reevaluate with the customer if that feature is needed or worth the time.
