Menubar preference option #44

As a user I want to option to set my preference in the preferences tab whether I want it shown or not, to not clutter my screen if I dont want to.

This ticket is blocked and waits for https://github.com/hpi-swa-teaching/MensaWidget/issues/2 since its on top of the work done there.

This is now part of the requirement of https://github.com/hpi-swa-teaching/MensaWidget/issues/2 and to be tackled there
