Added 'Mensa Widget' button in 'Apps'

also I have a bug when open the window over the apps tab I have aa yellow outline i dont know if that is just on my end or something that get fixed when merging

I have the same outline when the window is focued after clicking on the app. I am not sure about the tests, it probably is the same as it is with the docking bar button, which was an ugly test, but I think we should do it
