No automatic selection of slide numbers

As a presentation creator, I want to easily insert slide numbers without having to unselect it afterwards.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] When slide numbers are inserted, the morph of the slide should not be selected
[ ] The morph should still be selectable, if you want so

Why does it bother you that the slide number is automatically selected? Does selecting have any negative side effects?
