Remove text selection when the morph is not selected #119

As a presentation creator, I don't want to have text selected in a morph after I unselected the morph.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] no selected text is shown in unselected morphs
[ ] after selecting the morph again, the former selected text is not selected anymore

This could be implemented as a new hook that would allow any Morph to perform an action when it gains/looses PowerSqueak's focus, similar to the already available rescaling hook
