A dropped slide should be selected

As a presentation creator, I want to be able to see the slide of the dropped miniature. It helps having a better overview.

[x] after dropping a miniature between other miniatures, it should be selected
[x] if a selected slide is dropped out of the presentation, the miniature above should be selected and shown
