Added basic help took content from Wiki and used autogeneration

Syntax highlighting is not documented and i don't really understand how it works through lookup in other help windows.

Since it seams to be time intensive to do i pushed it back since content is not final.

Also added an automatic API documentation, sadly it is not really possible to sort it properly to the end of the help.
