[Feature]: Menubar to navigate to subpages within the app

As a learner, I want a menubar to access different subpages of the app, in order to make navigation quick and easy like in other apps.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Buttons which navigate the learner to different subpages within the app
• [x] Home button to bring the learner back to the Homepage
