Split big files into module-folders #14

Lets have smaller files.

Split primitives.py in primitives/*
Split model.py in model/* What else?

primitives.py already has sections (e.g. SmallInteger Primitives or Control Primitives) and model.py seems to hold corresponding classes, so it should be fairly straightforward to split those into smaller files. @timfel: is the above still something we want today?
