Git Browser: Green Dot moves #275

Message: I have noticed that when I enlarge the git Browser, that the green dot that indicates in which branch we currently are moves below the branch name so that it is no longer next to it.

@marceltaeumel Could this be a bug of the tree morph or does the Git Browser not use it correctly?

Note that another "fix" would have been to not answer "nil" as icon for the first index in SquotBrowser >> #branchListIconAt: :-)
