Revert changes from commit dialog #286

The Monticello save dialog has a handy feature to not just ignore but revert changes directly:

This and #256 has the challenge that the underlying patch of the save dialog would need its "left" side and the diffs updated correctly. The diff nodes must be updated accordingly as well, while preserving other choices (include/exclude) already made in the dialog.
