doc: add compatibility notes for installation on Ubuntu #165

Thanks for the PR. Although you got things to work, I'm not sure this is the best fix for #161. Instead, we should downgrade the runner environments so that TruffleSqueak is built and thus works on older OS versions. I will look into this...
