The user should be able to enter the rental duration in multiple units (Months, Weeks, ...) instead of seconds.
Added attributes rental_duration and rental_duration_unit. Thus the schema was changed and a migration was created
The operations that have to do with the rental duration are still done in seconds, the attribute renta_duration_sec still exists (it is easier this way given how operations are implemented in the Time class)
Also modified some tests, that failed after the changes
