Fixes #327

Items can now be sorted by popularity on the search page.

[ ] dev-branch has been merged into local branch to resolve conflicts
[ ] tests and linter have passed AFTER local merge
[x] localization is supported (Guide)
[x] another dev reviewed and approved
[x] if feature-Branch: Teams PO has approved (show via e.g. screenshots/screencapture/live demo)

For comparison, here are two items sorted lexicographicly in reversed order:

Afterwards "Popularity" was selected. Items are now sorted by popularity (which is partly influenced by the amount of lendings):
