feat: add links to owner #375

@Ngo-Tuan-Kiet @MaxSpeer What should happen when "everyone" is the owner of an item? Should everyone also be a hyperlink? Where should it lead to?

The everyone group is the only that should not have a hyperlink. Groups should be linked to the group page (/groups/). Personal groups should link to the users page (/profiles/).
