Create indoor navigation graphs for more buildings (Progress tracking)

For the indoor navigation we need more indoor building graphs to create our navigation graphs. This feature depends on #77 (Campus I) and optional #190 (Campus II and III).

We need our own data structure for this. We create our graphs based on the geoJSON with our own tool.
