Room popup in overview map #37

As a user I want to select rooms in the overview map to display additional information to a room so that I can easily find the room I am looking for

[ ] Mouseover highlights the room
[ ] Click on room opens popup (mind touch-compatibility)
[ ] Popup can be closed again
[ ] Selecting another room opens according popup and closes last one
