Original Bug report:

"When a course is created, a student tries to vote in a lecture of that course, and before he klicks “send” the course is deleted, only the inner iframe is redirected, instead of the whole page"

Clarification requested: Should a course be able to be deleted? Archived lectures are marked read only, which means courses with archived lectures can not be deleted at all.
