As a lecturer, when I click on "Create Lecture", I am not being redirected to the detail view the first time

Current behavior:

I log in as a lecturer
I create a new course
I create a new lecture and click on "Create Lecture"
I get the success message, but am not being redirected to the detail view
When I click on "Create Lecture" again, then I am Wanted behavior: Redirect on the first time to the detail view
