Bug/question update ui #409

This PR fixes two bugs in the question update list

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] questions should have the usual design of rectangular boxes
[ ] when logged in as lecturer, questions

Testing steps:

as a student, ask questions and see them have the correct style in the update list
as lecturer, click on questions in the update list and see them disappear

Steps needed for migration:

none
