As an concerned admin

I want to have user confirming their account

In order to be conform to some kind of data protection law.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Receive an e-mail after signing up
[ ] Verify as a user that this e-mail accounts is really in my possession by clicking on the provided link
[ ] only be able to apply for a event after I have verified my account
