In Debian stretch gpg command points to gnupg 2, therefore tests with gnupg 1 will never run #4

This is not actually a problem as gnupg version 1 will disappear at some point. It just could be changed that the test check if gpg command is actually 1, and change the command to run tests with gpg 2 when it's actually the default.
