Extra backslash as first line if html slides #128

Later versions of doconce add an extra line containing a single backslash \ as first line. This backslash then appears at the top left of each slide.

This change may have co-occured with the removal of this comment at the beginning

This bug seems to have been introduced somewhere between 1.0.1 and 1.4.0. It's probably related to the changes made to introduce Python 3 compatibility.
