Support MATLAB code environment #147

Many engineering and scientific applications heavily use MATLAB.

Just like pycod and fpro, it would be great if there is support for MATLAB, something like mcod and mpro

Sorry. Just realised that mpro and mcod both exist, but are not referred to in the introductory tutorial tutorial.do.txt. It would be less confusing if the existence of these were pointed out in the tutorial
