Python 3.7 support? #161

Will this be installable via conda-forge for Python 3.7?

DocOnce should support Python 3.7, although I haven't had time to test it yet.

As for availability on the conda-forge channel, let's continue that discussion at https://github.com/conda-forge/doconce-feedstock/issues/16 .
