#191 answer/solution modifiers #193

Implementation of #191 . This Pull Request implements exercise modifiers, i.e. six commands (!anshide, !ansdocend, !ansoff, !solhide, !soldocend, !soloff) that allow users to hide answers/solutions or place them in the end of the document.

Documentation: as I am having issues with compiling documentation using the make.sh file, I just edited two manual.do.txt and quickref.do.txt and their corresponding .html files.
