The API seems down for a while now, 500 error. Is this being looked at?

@2beeOnlinenl I also affected by this outage, so I created temporary replacement for it. You can try it by using https://postcode.mamkin.engineer/api/v1/postcode?postcode=1012AB&number=1

UPD: Migrated to paid service, I'll sunset https://postcode.mamkin.engineer soon.
